Welcome to The Highlands neighborhood website.  Our community is part of the Wolf Creek Resort and Golf Club which is a master planned resort development in Eden, Utah.  We are in the heart of the Ogden Valley where we enjoy a fabulous four-season environment with numerous recreational opportunities.
