About Us

The Highlands is a neighborhood located in Eden, UT which sits in the heart of the Ogden Valley about 50 miles north of Salt Lake City.  The valley is an agricultural community surrounded by the Wasatch mountains.  Residents participate in numerous outdoor recreation activities and the environment provides a wonderful four-season climate.

 

The Highlands is one of several neighborhoods within the Wolf Creek and Golf Club.  Wolf Creek Resort is a 2800-acre master planned active lifestyle community, which includes condominiums, townhomes and homesites located near a host of amenities. The resort has trails and dedicated open space, an 18-hole championship golf course, “The Club” fitness center, and The Wolf Creek Adventure Center for sports equipment rentals and tours.  There is a Wolf Creek Master HOA which is an umbrella organization over the multiple Wolf Creek residential developments including The Highlands HOA.

Our neighborhood comprises 138 home lots and is governed by The Highlands HOA that operates within CC&R's and by-laws.  An Architectural Committee (AC) has been established to maintain consistency of the construction within the neighborhood and to encourage harmonizing with the natural site.
