Architectural Committee

There are 3 - 5 members on The Highlands Architectural Committee (AC), at least one of whom may be a consultant architect/home design professional.  The term for an elected member of The Highlands AC is three years.  Meetings are held on a monthly basis.

All lot owners or potential Highlands owners are advised that there is a well defined process for approval of either new home construction or modifications to an existing home.  Please review the "Highlands AC Process, Standards & Guidelines" as well as other pertinent material in the "Documents => Building a House" tab within the main menu.
