Board

There are seven members of The Highlands HOA Board of Trustees and each member serves for a two year term.  So half of the Board is elected each year.  Board members must be lot owners in The Highlands and cannot belong to or be employed by any organization that could provide a potential conflict of interest to The Highlands HOA.  There is a board meeting on a quarterly basis and the meetings use teleconference calls, so it is not necessary to be present in Eden to be a member of the Board.  Owners are encouraged to consider being a Board member as a great way to get to know the neighborhood and community.
